You are greeted at the Beechwood property by this beautifully designed gate from Red Hill Country Gates. The gates were made from woven steel strapping and herringbone timber which has been painted black to match the fence.
This gate has created the perfect grand entrance to a beautiful coastal home.

I love the black painted french doors with wicker baskets filled with green boxwood plants. The outdoor lanterns only add to the charm of entertaining in this coastal outdoor space.

The painting above in the entrance of this home is of Kate’s Grandmother and was commissioned by Australian artist Zoe Young.
Kate wanted to conserve space when creating this elegant kitchen, which has been designed with so much storage space for a beautiful and functional kitchen. This kitchen is painted in Currency Creek by Dulux.
The Zellige handmade tiles are a real feature in the kitchen and are from National Tiles which have been laid inside the joinery overhead cupboards.
This is one of the bedroom ensuite’s at Beechwood, and in keeping with the Modern Farmhouse aesthetic is tiled with three different colors of encaustic tiles from Earp Brothers. The end result is stunning. This floor tile is teamed with a slim sage green subway tile laid vertically from National Tiles.
The guest bedroom at Beechwood features french doors that open out to the front garden. The room has been painted in Dulux Snowy Mountains, half strength.
Kate and her team have created something really special here at Beechwood.
