Communication Board
Hang a vision board or pin board for notices and timetables to make communication easier for your family. This will help with planning events and activities for the family so much easier. Place the board on the inside of a cupboard door so you can keep it out of sight in your kitchen or hang one up in the pantry.
Sometimes a calendar is an easy option or everyone to fill in too. Use it to schedule any after school activities or luncheons.

Stationery
If you’re anything like me you really don’t need an excuse to buy some new stationery. Choose your colours to style your study nook.
Use a small filing system that can fit in a cupboard to keep all the paper clutter from your kitchen bench tops.
Fill your nook with pens, sticky tape, a stapler and note pad. They are so handy to have at hand for when you need them in a hurry. You may want to include a charger for any phones or ipads.

Comfort
Choose a stool or chair carefully. Making sure it has the correct support and height for the bench or desk you are working at.
More study nooks are being designed into homes to provide a functional command station to keep the family organised and live their best life every day.
