Shipping - Delivery Within Australia
Beautiful House charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order for soft furnishings.
Our larger items, such as furniture pieces will be quoted on upon purchase and paid for by the purchaser.
All items are sent through Australia Post.
International Delivery
Beautiful House charge a flat rate of $25.00 per order for soft furnishings to international destinations.
Wholesale
If you are an interior designer we can offer a trade discount on bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances we aim for:
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Our soft furnishings are made right here on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Our lamp shades are made in Melbourne.
Returns & Exchanges
Our cushions and lampshades are custom made and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.
